Account details (name, email), candidate profile information you provide (desired role, skills, education, certifications, salary expectations, bio, resume and video-bio file names), employer job postings, marketplace activity (swipes, matches, pipeline stages, notes, rankings, interviews), and verification results.
To operate the two-sided marketplace: matching candidates and jobs, computing AI fit scores, generating AI-tailored resumes and cover letters for Boost subscribers, running verification screenings, and sending interview invites and reminder emails or texts you opt into.
Profile and job data you submit may be processed by AI models to generate fit scores, screening questions, verification assessments, and application documents. AI outputs are assistive and reviewed by humans on both sides of the marketplace.
Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. KNDR does not store your card details; Stripe's own privacy policy applies to payment data.
We send transactional email (verification codes, reminders, interview invites) to the address you provide. SMS reminders and booking texts are sent only when you opt in and provide a phone number. Every non-essential email includes an unsubscribe link.
Candidate profiles are visible to signed-in employers, and job postings are visible to signed-in candidates — that is the core of the service. We do not sell personal data. Service providers (hosting, email delivery, payments, AI inference) process data only as needed to operate KNDR.
You can edit or delete your profile at any time, unsubscribe from emails via the footer link, and opt out of SMS by replying STOP. Contact us to request a copy or deletion of your data.
