KNDR is a two-sided recruiting marketplace. Candidates create profiles and swipe on jobs; employers post roles and search the talent pool. AI features provide fit scores, screening, verification, and document generation.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be authorized to post on behalf of any company you represent.
Candidates must provide truthful profiles and verification answers. Employers must post real, currently open roles. Fake listings, scraped profiles, spam, and misrepresentation may result in removal. Verification badges indicate completed checks, not a guarantee of outcome.
Paid plans (candidate Boost tiers and employer tiers) are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
AI-generated resumes, cover letters, scores, and screening results are assistive tools. You are responsible for reviewing generated documents before sending them, and for your own hiring or employment decisions.
By providing an email address you agree to receive transactional emails. SMS reminders and booking texts are sent only with your explicit opt-in; message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out.
KNDR provides the marketplace "as is" and is not a party to any employment agreement formed through it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KNDR is not liable for hiring outcomes, lost wages, or indirect damages.
